Our Story
Hi my name is Mel and I am the owner of Serenity Thyme, I live in the wonderful village of Tutbury In Staffordshire. My journey began a few years ago with the gift of a candle making kit, I loved the science behind candles as I used to think that you melted wax put a wick in and that was how easy it was. I was so wrong & I have been testing soy candles for over 2 years to ensure my products are safe and eco friendly. I have graduated from my kitchen to our garage to make my wax creations. I have the greatest gratitude to my husband and family and friends for supporting me through my dream of owning my own business.
Our Ingredients
I use only the finest ingredients in my soy candles, including premium soy wax, natural fragrances, and cotton wicks. My candles are free of parabens, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals, making them safe for you and the environment. I believe that using high-quality ingredients is the key to creating handmade candles that look and smell amazing, and that burn cleanly and evenly.
My melts are 100% soy wax and my candles are made using a premium soy wax.
Our Process
Every candle and wax melts I make are hand-poured with care in small batches in my workshop. I use traditional techniques and modern technology to create handmade candles that are both beautiful and functional. I am confident that you'll be able to see and smell the difference.
